You can modify most (if not all) the fields before the flightplan is sent, and also add additional addressees.
On SkyDemon Plan, with the flightplan form on screen, you can press Ctrl-Q and the flightplan string will be copied to the clipboard in its entirety.
Perhaps another Approach can be useful:
provide an interface to a SMS-sending application or we just copy and paszte that string and add something.
But the secret is: to which phone-number so I send my SMS?
To the phone number the country-AIS provides for sending FPL SMS to, or by the usual pre-fixes to use your providers SMS2FAX gateway and send it to the AIS fax number ?
For DFS-AIS.de, I can see only a +4969... number for speech and a fax number - mobile number or any hint that I can send my FPL via SMS. They only offer an SMS receipt.
Seems to be a more complicated Problem than generating a standardized FPL-string.

This is very useful to know. Why isn't it in the manual? I would like to see this facility available on Android and iOS devices.

The most effective (and compliant to their internal process) way to send a FPL to German DFS by mobile phone is to submit the raw text string as text message/SMS to their fax number by using *T#9906978072505 (valid for being booked into German Telekom as provider, other may use different codes as described here:
http://forums.skydemon.aero/Topic18511.aspx#bm18548
).
If i understand you right the number you mentioned uses a kind of SMS2FAX. This sounds for me, that I send the string, which is machine-readable - and some poor employee has to take a stone-aged sheet of paper and hack the string stupidly into an old-fashioned VT100-Terminal - right ?
Unbelievable! After reading something about EuroFPL and IFPS I thought this is centralized, europe-wide, standardized, so there is ONE central upload point where all the FPL go to, maybe with an Emailadress, a SMS or a fax-number and a real person (for rare emergencies).

Unfortunately, this couldn't be further from the truth.
